The Site presents our services and lets you contact us or request a call. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, submit false information or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Services and proposals

Information on the Site is a general description of our services and is not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms. Audits and discovery calls are provided free of charge and without obligation.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design and graphics belong to Metazon. Client names, logos and screenshots shown as references belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission to illustrate our work. You may not copy or reuse Site content without written permission.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites and uses third-party tools (for example Google Calendar for bookings). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metazon disclaims all warranties regarding the Site and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
